Faithful Flyers fans from Bethany Village hit the road for a special outing to cheer on the University of Dayton Flyers Women’s Volleyball team. Thanks to the efforts of Vic and Kathy Bean and Tom Adinaro, a group from their neighborhood hopped on a bus for a fun-filled trip to UD’s volleyball game, where they had the chance to enjoy high-level competition and connect over their love of the sport.
An extra special touch for Vic and Kathy Bean (2nd & 3rd from left), as their grandson is a member of the Flyers’ practice team, playing against the women’s squad to help sharpen their skills.

Dana Lynch, Graceworks Director of Marketing & Advancement, also joined the group., -. Dana has a personal connection to the sport, as her daughter played volleyball. - -She shares their enthusiasm for the game.
Also in attendance was Tom Adinaro, though not pictured, who regularly referees NCAA games and local High School games. Tom’s expertise added an extra layer of excitement to the event, giving everyone the inside scoop on the nuances of the game.
The afternoon was just one example of how the Bethany Village community came together to share moments of joy, excitement, and connection. Events like these - highlight the strong sense of belonging and togetherness that is at the heart of Bethany Village.
